The SER and MINI SER steel spacers are designed to support and separate the electrowelded mesh that forms the reinforcement of the concrete. They have a twofold function: on the one hand they allow you to further reinforce the products, and on the other they simplify work in the yard by reducing time, costs and fatigue.
To put them in position it is in fact sufficient to throw them on the ground: their design ensures that they always fall on the right side, managing to support the net above without further adjustments. When pouring concrete, the worker can easily walk over the net without the spacer becoming deformed and without any safety risks. It is also possible to superimpose two electro-welded nets, using the spacers both to separate them from each other (mod. SER) and to lift the metal reinforcement they compose from the ground (mod. MINI SER, in place of the fiber cement spacers).
Both the SER model and the MINI SER model are made of galvanized or stainless steel sheet and boast excellent resistance to corrosion. Their peculiar shape, perforated along the entire surface, allows the concrete to enter the spacer and create a single body with it. The shaping without spikes is designed to facilitate handling and installation on site, as well as not to damage any PVC sheet in the case of flooring.
